Two independent humans must agree before your money is at stake.

No project goes live on Qonstruct-Mart on a single approval. A lawyer verifies legality + authenticity first. A state coordinator independently verifies technical + financial viability after that. Both names are on the audit log.

    Developer submits

    Title, CAC, permit, MoA, tax — every required document.

  2. Step 2

    Legal Department reviews

    24-item anti-fraud checklist against issuing authorities.

  3. Step 3

    Coordinator reviews

    Independent technical, financial, and market viability.

Even after a project is live, every document we relied on is fingerprinted. If a developer swaps a file later, clearance is automatically revoked and you are notified.
